Fitness Orientation
Are you new to the Y? Intimidated by the fitness center and the different cardio and strength machines? Our fitness orientation is FREE for members. During the session we will do an overview of our equipment and how to use them, we also go over how to structure a well-rounded workout plan. Sign up at the desk to start your fitness journey! (Participants will be called to schedule appointment after registering)
KIDS AGES 12-15 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AN ORIENTATION BEFORE USING THE CARDIO EQUIPMENT AND MACHINE WEIGHTS

All group fitness classes are FREE for members. We offer classes based on our community. Designed for a variety of interest and abilities. You'll find low-impact and beginner classes, strength training, dance, cycling, yoga, and more.
