Membership Rates

Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.  Contact us at 937-323-3781 to find out what you need to do/bring to see if you qualify for membership assistance.

Methods of payment include MONTHLY DRAFTS either from a checking/savings account or a credit/debit card which pulls on the 25th of every month.  Annual payments to where you may pay for an entire year in full from a checking/savings account or a credit/debit card.

Payroll deduction for some of our corporate memberships.  Contact our front desk to see if your company participates.
