Member Access

As a member (depending on age) will have access to everything in our building including but not limited to:

• Indoor Swimming Pool (See Pool Rules Here)
• Racquetball/Handball Courts
• 2 Gymnasium's
• Suspended Walking/Running Track
• Weight Room 
• Cardio Room 
• Youth Locker Rooms
• Adult Locker Rooms (ages 19 & over) with a Steam Room

Fitness Orientation

All new members will be able to schedule a FREE fitness orientation.  This allows one of our personal fitness instructors to go over equipment and help guide you on a right plan.

Reduced Program Fees & Advanced Program Registration

• Early program registration for MOST programs with a cost
• Discounted rates for MOST programs with a cost (Fees could vary based on family members and youth members)
• Some family events are free to ALL members or at a small fee

FREE Group Fitness & Water Aerobics

• FREE Group Fitness classes for adults (please ask instructor for your teenage participant)
• FREE Water Aerobic classes for adults (please ask instructor for your teenage participant)

 Child Watch

• Child Watch is for children 6 weeks up to 12 years old.
• The Child Watch is FREE for member and $3.00 per visit for non-members.
• Time limit per visit is 2 hours.
• We ask that the same parent who drops off also picks up the child(ren) or informs the staff if someone different will be picking them up. The staff may ask for an ID so please have it ready.
• When dropping off an infant or child, please remember to bring all supplies (diapers, wipes, bottles, snacks and drinks). 

Due to the limited amount of time your child(ren) will spend with us, we DO NOT supply snacks on a regular basis. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks; however, we ask that you bring a healthy snack that is not a choking hazard. NO gum, candy, nuts, etc.  When signing your child in, please fill out all information completely. This will make it easier to locate you in case of an emergency. You MUST remain on the property at ALL times.  We follow state regulated guidelines for sanitizing our room and toys. If your child brings a toy from home, please inform the staff.  In the event that your child(ren) participates in any inappropriate behavior (hitting, rough play, foul language, etc.) the staff has the right to give a warning, redirection, then time-out. If needed, the parent will be paged.  We consistently strive to improve!
