BATTLEGROUND AT LUNCH

Lunch Crunch is a program designed for the individual who wants to get the most out of their lunch hour. The program includes strength and circuit training designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and body composition. The class is for all fitness levels.

Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm
7 Week Session: $110 (member) | $175 (non-member)

YMCA WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

YMCA Women on Weighs (YWOW) is a strength and endurance training circuit class for women. The class not only involves weight lifting in order to tone muscles, but also cardio training to improve cardiovascular endurance. This program is designed to improve body composition and increase muscle tone, endurance, and strength. This class is for all levels of fitness.

Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 10:00am
7 Week Session: $110 (member) | $175 (non-member)

UPPER LEVEL FITNESS

Upper Level Fitness is a total body strength and endurance workout. This class focuses on improving leg strength and power, developing bi-lateral muscular balance, conditioning the upper body, and stabilizing your core. Upper Level Fitness is designed for individuals who are already active and looking for a challenging class that will push their fitness to the next level.

Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 10:0am
7 Week Session: $95(member) | $160(non-member)

EVENING EXPRESS

If you are looking to lose weight, tone your muscles, or just get in better shape, then this is the class for you. The program includes circuit training designed be a Personal Trainer to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and body composition. This program is for all levels of fitness and is only offered during the spring session.

Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:10pm to 6:00am
7 Week Session: $95(member) | $160(non-member)
